The University of Szeged and the KéSZ Group, one of the largest construction companies in Hungary, are planning joint research and development and educational collaborations. The common goal of the two organizations is to keep young people in the region and find their place in the labor market. The agreement on this was signed on 9 March 2020.

The University of Szeged and the KéSZ Group entered into cooperation in the spirit of science, education and development on 9 March 2020. The partners want to launch research and development projects, especially in the fields of hygiene, technical technology, standardization and accreditation. According to the agreement, the University of Szeged will take into account and incorporate into the curriculum the developments already implemented and in progress by the KéSZ Group when planning its courses.

“The University of Szeged attaches great importance to cooperation with domestic companies, especially those based in the region. The agreement with the KéSZ Group is important not only in the field of research, but also in terms of education, ”emphasized Dr. Judit Fendler, Chancellor of the University.

Prof. Dr. László Rovó, Rector of the University of Szeged emphasized that the strategic agreement will result in a partnership based on mutual trust for both the University of Szeged and the KéSZ Group, which will significantly contribute to the more efficient operation and professional success of both the institution and the company.

Mihály Varga, the founder of the KéSZ Group, said that in the interests of cooperation and development, opportunities should be researched, as well as the appropriate partners. " Together with the University of Szeged, it is necessary to educate new professionals in order to improve our present, future and environment," said the founder of the construction group. Tamás Vida, CEO of the KéSZ Group, added that they agree with the University of Szeged that projects aimed at innovation, industrial and infrastructural development in the region require special attention.

The aim of the cooperation is for young people in the region to continue their studies and find a job in the labor market. In addition to the existing high-quality trainings, the Vocational Training Company Training Center is therefore developing mechanical, building engineering and electronics trainings, and according to the agreement, even more emphasis will be placed on talent development. The KéSZ Group also supports university students, provides them with internships in the given field, while the University of Szeged provides assistance in writing and supervising the dissertation in the field of technology and engineering.

根据《教育和考试条例》（EER）第17条，如果学生符合以下条件，则必须终止其学生身份：

1、匈牙利国家（部分）奖学金计划的学者、匈牙利扶贫计划学者、通过Neptun系统以HUF支付公开的学费的付费学生（不免除学费的支付）

2、全日制学习的学生

在学习的第二个活跃学期末没有达到至少30个学分的学生（在高级专业培训的情况下没有达到15个学分），或者在第四个活跃学期之前没有得到至少60个学分的学生学习。 

3、全日制和远程学习课程

学生所注册的不及格和不完整成绩等级的数量（包括在连续考试的情况下在考试期间的补充）超过：30 – BA / BSc课程、15 – MA / MSc程序、35 –如果学生未达到其学位课程标准课程中确定的学分总数的80％，则为一级硕士课程（单个未修课程）。（此规则不涵盖高级专业培训课程） 

4、在学期开始后规定的时间内，连续2个学期未如期注册者，取消就学资格。
